I’m currently working as a Lead Art Director in clean energy. I have extensive experience directing creative from ideation and briefing to final deliverables. To do this I’m creating global brand guidelines that allow room for regional, audience-focused activations. I’m working with external partners to direct the creation of visual asset libraries. I get excited about growing other creatives while we build consistent brands together.

In my current position, managing in-house and agency creatives. I’m focused on how we can work together to create distinct and innovative branded content with efficient processes and timelines.

  • 2022-Present / Washington, DC

    Responsibilities

    • Art directed 360 marketing campaigns to meet a variety of KPIs, from brand recognition to sales of financial products, by leading ideation workshops, developing creative briefs, and pitching ideas to internal stakeholders.

    • Built regional branding for the Americas, that fit the specific regional audience and aligned with our global purpose-driven brand.

    • Managed and developed design talent within an in-house creative team, including hiring, onboarding, teaching education sessions, hosting critiques, and planning inspiration outings to build a strong creative culture.

    • Art directed photo and video shoots with on-set direction, model casting, voice-over casting, and styling through post production.

    • Created templates for digital, print, and event pieces to produce on-brand content efficiently across our regional content marketing platforms.

    • Art directed projects produced by in-house, agency, and freelance creatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Modernized brand across all areas of the business: from the magazine template, enhancing event branding, advertising design, and creating updated sales materials.

    • Enhanced social media graphics and digital advertising with animations, photography, illustrations, and by leading a team in developing brand guidelines.

    • Led creation of branding and web design for large conference to match yearly theme, then built a brand the business expo that could be timeless, it’s still used today.

    • Designed infographics based for both editorial and sales pieces.

    • Planned and art directed editorial photoshoots and photographed events.

    • Coordinated with printers to quote projects, prep print-ready files, and press check final products for color matching.
